Return & Exchange
At CocoPoco, every item is checked before it's packed. As most of our products are small, delicate or gift-ready, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We do, however, make it right if something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
When can I request a return or exchange?
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- The product is defective or not working
- You received the wrong item or a missing item from your order
How to raise a request
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery — this helps us take it up with the courier.
- Email info@cocopoco.in or WhatsApp +91 85840 72905 with your order number and clear photos (or a short video) of the item and packaging.
- Once reviewed and approved, we'll send you the return instructions or arrange a replacement. Please don't send anything back before we confirm — unrequested returns can't be accepted.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- An unboxing video makes approval faster, especially for jewellery, bottles and fragile items.
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery can't be processed.
Refunds
If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Refunds usually take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank. For COD orders, we'll ask for your UPI or bank details.
